Selling our current home

In order to start building our dream house, we first had to sell our current home. After 15 long months we finally have sold our house!

 The buyers will close in mid July, then we can get started! We will be renting an apartment from July until the new house is finished.

The Plan

This is the house we are building. It is the Sullivan by Frank Betz and will be built by Southern Traditions of Glen Allen, Va. This is a realization of a 10-year dream! We are starting the process in July of 2012. The back of the house will be facing a beautiful lake!
